RETURNS
Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy and to provide exceptional customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the items to us within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment used.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise in the original packaging. Sale products, personalized products, custom team items, holiday-related items, RokBands, RunBoxes, SportzBoxes, apparel with custom numbers, and Virtual Races are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase and require a refund, subject to acceptance, we will issue a credit to the original payment method less the shipping and return label costs. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in 5-7 business days. Refunds will not be processed for ineligible items as described above.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest and easiest way to receive a different size, color, or product is to place a new order for the item you would like and return your original purchase for a refund. Placing your new order right away ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible and helps prevent it from selling out while your return is being processed.
Shipping
For returns processed through our Return Portal, a prepaid shipping label will be provided. The cost of the return label will be automatically deducted from your refund amount
Extended Holiday Returns
Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st will be eligible for a refund through January 31st . Some exclusions apply, including but not limited to: personalized items, sale items, holiday-related items, RokBands, RunBoxes, SportzBoxes, and Virtual Races.
