If Tracking Says “Delivered” but You Don’t Have It:
- Check with household members and neighbors.
- Wait 2–4 business days — many packages show up in the next few deliveries.
- Still missing? Submit a USPS Missing Mail Search Request.
If Tracking Hasn’t Updated or Shows No Delivery Date:
- It’s likely a transit delay.
- Wait a few days for updates.
- If there’s no change after 7 days, submit a Missing Mail Search Request and email us at support@chalktalksports.com.
If the Estimated Delivery Date Changed:
- A small transit delay occurred.
- Your package is still on its way and should arrive soon.
